Framework Guide and Resources
Both teachers guide and resources are written in English.

The framework guide is organized into seasonal units and the topics are developed thematically.

Thematic topics reflet a second language teaching strategy.

Students are engaged in language learning using activity-based strategies.
The Framework guides follow Saskatchewan Education learning objectives and meet the standards set out by Western and Northern protocol.

Adaptability
The language of the resources can be changed into any First Nation language orthography.

Curriculum Resource Development
- Grapphics reflect the World First Nations' children inhabit
- Information is collected from community people, elders, language advisors
- Information is researched prior to being written for the curriculum
- Translators/word collectors for our community dictionary ongoing
- Community liaison person
