Chief Taylor Educational Priorities

School's specific objectives:
• Improve students' achievement in the core subjects with an emphasis on Language Arts, Mathematics, Social Studies and Science.
• Create a climate that challenges students to achieve at their maximum.
• To further develop the Cree Language Curriculum for Grade 4 to grade 7.
• To fully understand and utilize the adaptive dimension within the curriculum.
• To fully assist in the emergence and development of the Cree Language.
• A thorough understanding of Treaty Rights and their implications.
• Centre all teachings around themes that revolve around critical and creative thinking, problem-solving and conflict resolution.
